Receive 1% rebate at closing, subject to signing a Buyer Representation Agreement, a property purchase price over $300,000, receipt of 3% payment from seller toward buyer’s brokerage fees, and lender approval (if a mortgage is involved). The rebate must be reflected on the closing disclosure form and will be paid only to the buyer(s) named in the signed Buyer Representation Agreement.

I can help connect you with mortgage lenders who can close in as little as 15 days, getting you into your new home even sooner. Of course, this is completely optional. You’re always welcome to work with your own lender if you prefer.
The rebate will be shown on the closing disclosure as a credit. It can only be paid to the buyer(s) in the Buyer’s Representation Agreement. This rebate can be used, for example, to reduce your closing costs or buy down your interest rate, but it will not reduce the purchase price of the house.

The rebate is based on the home’s purchase price. A 1% rebate on a $500,000 purchase price equals a $5,000 rebate to you!.
The rebate tier is based on the purchase price of the property. Higher tiers apply when the price of the home is over $300,000.
The rebate tier is based on the seller’s payment towards the buyer’s brokerage fees, which is agreed to in the purchase contract. The buyer’s brokerage fees are agreed to in the buyer’s representation agreement.
Qualify for 0.5% cash back on property purchases under $300,00
Qualify for 0.5% cash back on property purchases over $300,000 when the seller’s payment towards buyer’s brokerage fees is 2% of the sales price.
Qualify for 0.75% cash back on property purchases over $300,000 when the seller’s payment towards buyer’s brokerage fees is 2.5% of the sales price.
Qualify for 1.0% cash back on property purchases over $300,000 when the seller’s payment towards buyer’s brokerage fees is 3% of the sales price.
The seller’s payment to the buyer’s brokerage fees is negotiated as part of the offer to purchase the property
